PixelShouters is based in India and provides real estate photo editing, image enhancement, HDR editing, virtual staging, object removal, floor plans, day-to-dusk editing, aerial photo editing, panorama stitching, virtual renovation, and related services for photographers, real estate agents, agencies, property marketing teams, and business clients.

Who We Are

In this Privacy Policy, “PixelShouters,” “we,” “our,” and “us” mean PixelShouters, the business that operates the website www.pixelshouters.com and provides the services described on it.

For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, you can contact us at info@pixelshouters.com. We are a small team and do not currently have a separate Data Protection Officer. Privacy requests are handled through the contact details above.

Information We Collect

We collect information that is reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, complete editing work, deliver files, manage client relationships, protect our website, and comply with business, tax, accounting, and legal requirements.

The information we may collect includes:

  • Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, company name, website, and location if you provide it.
  • Project details such as the service requested, number of images, turnaround time, editing style, delivery instructions, revision notes, sample links, and reference examples.
  • Client files such as real estate photos, RAW files, JPEG files, floor plans, 360 images, aerial images, virtual staging references, before-and-after examples, logos, and other materials you send to us.
  • Upload and reference links such as Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, website, portfolio, or other file-sharing links that you provide for quoting, production, review, or delivery.
  • Website and technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referral source, approximate location, date and time of visit, form activity, and cookie data.
  • Business and billing information such as order history, invoices, payment status, account communications, and records needed for accounting, tax, compliance, dispute resolution, and client support.

Real estate images may sometimes include personal or sensitive details, such as people, family photos, house numbers, vehicle license plates, security systems, valuables, documents, location metadata, timestamps, or camera metadata. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal documents or files that are not needed for the editing project.

How We Use Information

We use information for practical business and service purposes, including to:

  • Respond to quote requests, sample edit requests, service questions, and support messages.
  • Review uploaded files, project notes, reference images, and editing instructions.
  • Produce, check, revise, and deliver real estate photo editing and related services.
  • Send project updates, delivery links, revision replies, invoices, and service-related messages.
  • Maintain client records, order history, accounting records, and business communications.
  • Improve our website, forms, service quality, production workflow, and client experience.
  • Protect our website, forms, files, accounts, and systems from spam, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and technical problems.
  • Comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, contractual, and regulatory obligations.

We may use business contact information to send service updates, helpful resources, or relevant offers. You can ask us to stop sending marketing messages at any time by contacting us or using any unsubscribe option included in the message.

Client Files and Portfolio Use

You keep ownership of the original photos, floor plans, references, and other materials you provide to us, unless those rights belong to someone else. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to send the materials to PixelShouters and to request the editing work.

PixelShouters may use submitted images, edited images, before-and-after examples, and related project results to showcase our work in our portfolio, website, service pages, social media, proposals, case studies, presentations, advertising, and other marketing or display materials. This helps potential clients understand the quality and type of editing work we provide.

If you do not want us to use your project images publicly, please tell us in writing before or during the project. We will honor written confidentiality requests and any separate written confidentiality agreement we accept. If you ask us later to stop using a displayed image, we will remove it from places we control where reasonably practical. We cannot guarantee removal from materials already printed, cached, downloaded, shared by others, or controlled by third-party platforms.

When using portfolio or marketing examples, we try to avoid intentionally publishing private client instructions, passwords, personal documents, or sensitive account details. If a project contains confidential property details, private homeowner information, or sensitive visual content, please clearly tell us before sending the files or before work begins.

Upload Links and Third-Party Platforms

If you share files through Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, email, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, or another platform, that platform may process information according to its own privacy policy and terms. Please share only the files needed for the project and use link permissions that are appropriate for production.

We access upload links only for the purpose of quoting, downloading, editing, reviewing, revising, delivering, and supporting the related project. If your workflow requires it, you may remove our access to shared folders or links after the project is complete.

Cookies and Website Technologies

Our website uses cookies, log files, and similar technologies to make the site work, protect forms from misuse, remember basic preferences, understand website performance, and improve the user experience.

Some cookies are necessary for basic website functions, such as page loading, form security, spam protection, login areas, and technical reliability. These necessary cookies may be used because the website cannot work properly without them.

Other cookies and similar technologies may be used for analytics, performance measurement, embedded content, advertising, remarketing, or understanding how visitors use our website. These tools may collect information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referral source, approximate location, date and time of visit, and general usage patterns.

Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies, analytics cookies, marketing cookies, pixels, remarketing tags, heatmaps, or similar tracking technologies, we will ask for consent before using those tools. If we use a cookie banner or consent tool, you can use it to accept, reject, or manage non-essential cookies where those choices are available.

You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect forms, login areas, embedded content, or other website features. Third-party websites, embedded content, social media platforms, analytics providers, file-sharing services, and communication tools may set their own cookies or collect information under their own privacy policies. We do not control the privacy practices of third-party websites or platforms.

When We Share Information

We do not sell personal information or client files. We may share limited information only when needed to run our business, provide services, protect our systems, or meet legal obligations.

Information may be shared with:

  • PixelShouters team members, editors, quality reviewers, and production support who need access to complete the project.
  • Hosting, email, form, security, analytics, file-transfer, communication, cloud storage, accounting, payment, or business service providers.
  • Professional advisers, accountants, consultants, or legal representatives when needed for business operations or compliance.
  • Authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or protection of rights.
  • A buyer, successor, or relevant party if PixelShouters is involved in a business transfer, merger, restructuring, or sale of business assets.

Where practical and appropriate, service providers and people working with us are required to use information only for the work they perform for PixelShouters and to protect it through confidentiality, access control, or similar safeguards.

International Processing

PixelShouters is based in India and works with clients and service providers in different countries. Your information and project files may be processed in India or in other locations where our cloud tools, communication platforms, file-transfer systems, payment providers, or production systems operate.

When required by applicable law, we will use reasonable safeguards for international transfers of personal information. By sending information or files to us, you understand that they may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own country or region.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer period is needed for legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute, backup, or business-record reasons.

In general:

  • Inquiry and quote information may be kept so we can respond, follow up, and maintain business records.
  • Project files and edited deliverables may be kept for production, revisions, quality checks, portfolio use, client support, and backup purposes.
  • Billing, invoice, tax, and accounting records may be kept for the period required under applicable law.
  • Website logs, form records, security records, and analytics data may be kept for website operation, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and performance review.
  • Marketing contact information may be kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop using it, unless we need to keep a limited record to honor your request.

You may ask us to delete personal information or project files connected to you. We will review the request and delete information where required or reasonably possible. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, dispute, backup, service-record, or legitimate business reasons.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, limited team access, secure file-transfer practices, account protections, backups, security tools, and confidentiality expectations for people who work on client projects.

No website, email system, cloud storage platform, communication tool, or internet transmission is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, unnecessary identity documents, financial documents, or sensitive personal files unless they are required for the project.

If we become aware of a personal data breach that requires notification under applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to assess the issue, reduce possible harm, and notify affected people or authorities where legally required.

Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, update, complete, export, restrict, object to, withdraw consent for, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. You may also ask us to stop sending marketing communications.

For individuals covered by India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework, you may contact us to request access to information about your personal data, correction, completion, updating, erasure, withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, grievance redressal, or nomination of another person to exercise your rights where applicable.

To make a privacy request, email info@pixelshouters.com with enough detail for us to understand and verify the request. We may need to confirm your identity, your email address, your relationship with a client account, or your authority to act for another person before responding.

We aim to respond to valid privacy requests within 90 days. Some requests may be refused, limited, or delayed where allowed by law, including where information must be retained for legal, accounting, security, dispute, service-record, backup, or legitimate business reasons.

Children’s Privacy

PixelShouters provides business services for photographers, real estate professionals, agencies, and property marketing teams. Our website and services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18.

Because we edit real estate and property images, client files may sometimes show children, family members, personal items, or household details inside a property. Clients are responsible for making sure they have permission to share those images with us for editing and display purposes. If you believe a child’s personal information has been sent to us inappropriately, please contact us so we can review the matter.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may link to third-party websites, file-sharing platforms, social media pages, payment services, maps, videos, analytics tools, or external resources. These third parties may collect and use information according to their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites or services.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, services, tools, workflow, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where practical or legally required.
